Product Shipping
Any product ordered before 3PM MST
(Mountain Standard Time) (GMT -7) will be shipped immediately upon Credit
Card verification and depending upon present stock, via USPS mail
delivery. Many of our
customers receive their orders in just 3-7 days. However,
if you live in a remote area it may take up to 2-4 weeks. Orders are normally
received within 7-10 Days. Only actual shipping charges are added to US and International orders.
If you are sending us a money order, we will ship your product the
next day mail on the day we receive your money order. If you want to make
the whole process faster, you can send us the money order next day mail
and we will ship the product the day we receive the money order. The whole
process takes 3 days.
Return Procedures
If
your product is defective in any way, please email us for a return
authorization number. Defective goods will be replaced upon receipt of the
defective product. All defective returns MUST be returned within 14 days
of receipt. All non-defective returns must be returned within 14 days of
receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Empirico
is not responsible for any customer abuse.
Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with the product after you receive, it simply ship it back within 14 days and we will exchange for another product of equal value. The product must be shipped back in the same condition it was when received. We will not exchange any product if it was not returned within 14 days (no exceptions). No exchange after 14 days from receipt of the product. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges. All sales are final after 14 days. We use the tracking number to compute when you received the product. We will credit your account or exchange your product right away.
Warning to Frauds and Scam Artists
We
will verify every piece of information you give us prior to shipping any
products. Fraud is a crime and we will prosecute to the full extent of
the law. We will forward all Cookies, emails, IP info and delivery
addresses to the city, state, federal and Interpol
authorities.
If your return address is web based email (i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, Google mail, etc.)
you must provide us with a valid contact phone number where you can be
reached in the hours following your order. This applies to customers
world-wide.
Errors and Omissions
We have tried very hard to make the information we provide accurate and helpful to customers. We cannot, however, be held responsible for typographical errors and technical inaccuracies.
