How do I order Empirico products?

You may place an order on line, mail it or fax it, or call it in by telephone. We encourage you to go through the "Checkout" procedure provided by our online store, even if ordering by fax or telephone, since this will give you the opportunity to print an order form to be faxed or mailed and it can be referenced while on the telephone, if calling in your order. You can still submit the order online, even if ordering by phone or fax or mail, so we'll have a electronic copy which we can confirm with you.

1. Order On-line

This is the easiest and fastest method. We will confirm your order within 24 hours, usually much less, with the order number and tracking number if the goods have already been shipped.

• Simply find each item that you would like to purchase and enter the quantity of the item you would like into the box provided.
• Press the "Add to order" button.
• Continue shopping, as desired.
• To view the Shopping Cart, just click on the View Cart button.
• From the Shopping Cart Page, you can check your purchases, empty the Shopping Cart or purchase the products you have chosen. Click on the Checkout button to purchase the products.
• Returning customers can just enter their email address and password; new customers will be asked billing and shipping information
• To complete your order on line, submit the order form to our Secure Server.

2. Phone in your order

• Browse our website, and either note what you wish to order
  OR simply go through our online ordering, and select the phone payment option.  Print out the ordering page.
• Keep the printed order form and your credit card handy when calling in your order.
• Call Empirico at (602)843-3827
• If we are not able to take your call at that time, please leave your phone number and Empirico will return your call.

3. Fax or mail in your order

• When you have filled in the on-line form with your shipping and billing information, and selected fax or mail payment, print out the resulting web page before you submit it. This page will contain our mailing address, plus fax and telephone numbers.
• Submit the form, and our online ordering will put your order on hold, waiting for the payment to arrive.
  
• For fax or mailed orders using a credit card, be sure to add your credit card type, number and expiration information, and signature onto the printed form. Don't forget to sign the form that will be mailed or faxed.
• You may also send the order form together with a check or money order made payable to Empirico International Trading Co. The check must be from a US bank and in US dollars. We can call to confirm receipt of the check or money order and will ship the goods when the check has cleared.
